Design Aire Heating & Cooling

I have been a Design Aire customer for three decades. I have used other companies along the way, but always return to Design Aire, as they have proven to be reliable, trustworthy, and professional. My tech today, Luke, stopped by and completed our spring check in a professional and efficient manner. Friendly and conscientious!

Great Company - very responsive, always on-time and very professional. Great long-term value in their maintenance plan. Josh is fantastic - answers all my questions, explains in details as well, always appreciated.

Had an air scrubber and Filterbox installed. Required adjusting duct work around furnace. Nate arrived on time. And did great work. Wore shoe protecrors and cleaned up. Nate walked me through everything he did.
Job took longer than he estimated, but he completed the job and the bill was as quoted.
I would recommend Design Aire to anyone to do this job.

I just had a great experience with Larry from Design Aire. Our heat went out yesterday and we decided to ride out the night to avoid an overtime fee. So Larry came out today and found the problem very quickly and gave me options and recommendations. He also gave me great and specific advice on how to best maintain the system so we avoid any failure in the future. The cost was very reasonable and he got me signed up on a yearly maintenance plan which makes me feel more confident in the lifespan of our system. Thanks Larry!

DesignAire showed up quickly, diagnosed and repaired my A/C promptly at reasonable cost and did an excellent job of communicating with me all the way through the process. Definitely recommend, would use again.

Luke, your technician arrive on time and diagnosed the problem with our AC in about 5 minutes or less. Fixed the problem (Replaced the Capicator) and made sure everything else was working as required.

Our furnace went out on Sunday, which happened to be one of the coldest days of the year. I did not know who to call and everyone that I asked for a reference said they really did not like the companies they have used. Saw a TV commercial for Design Aire and checked their website and ratings. Nothing but good comments, so I gave them a call indicating that I needed a service call on Monday morning. Called me by 8:15 and the technician Steve was there by 9:40. Diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed immediately. Cost $100 but I could not be happier with the speed of their response or the professionalism of their technician, a 30 year veteran of the industry. I will be sharing their name with confidence to anyone needing HVAC repair.
