Design Aire Heating & Cooling

It is very easy to communicate and understand the people from this business. On the coldest day I called and They responded and repaired my heating for a short time. They were very busy, but after 15 minutes I got a call back that they were coming. Clay is a great technician and good man!Thank you guys!!!

Klint seems very acknowledgeable and took the time to show me why he recommended replacing the blower motor capacitor.

Luke came out 7-1-22 after hours and diagnosed the problem, which was a broken squirrel cage fan. He contacted other Design Aire service folks and found a potentially usable fan in Washington, MO. On Saturday Luke drove from his home in Troy, MO and picked up 3 potentially correct fans from the Design Aire's son who gave him access to van. Luke then installed the temporary fix on 7-2-22. He will order the correct replacement on Tuesday 7-5-22. Great holiday service.
