Called on a Thurs Night when I had scheduled maintenance the following week. Left a message and asked if they could possibly come out on Friday due to a warmer weekend on tap. Design Aire called first thing Friday morning and said they would try. Josh ended up being able to come out to service my AC on Friday at noon. Josh has been our guy for years. He was great as always, made sure everything was running smoothly, and I am ready for the warmer weekend.

Design Aire was top notch as always. That is why I go back to them year after year.

I've been using Design Aire for years and when my AC broke at my new house in the middle of the night they were out the next morning thanks to the online appointment feature on their website. There was no pressure by the repairman for any extra, unnecessary fixes and the price was very competitive. Will use again.

Ben arrived sooner than expected, was highly professional,explained various solutions to the problem and fixed it. I chose to purchase a new
unit, although he did fix it . My unit is 25 years old and I felt it would be a good time for a replacement. Design Air offered to use some of the repair costs as a credit towards the installation of the new unit.

Went to use the heat setting on our newly build house HVAC system. Heat would not come on. Tech found the internal heat switch not set to on. As he check the system he found the gas flow was set to low and made the adjustments. Recommended we replace the filter due to drywall dust buildup from construction. Recommended filter types and interval changes. Lastly he gave us all the model and serial numbers I needed to register the system with Trane. Tech was very through and informative.

Luke was a personable young man, he quickly found the problem, fixed it and had my AC up and running.
Sadly, it is a rare find now days to find an honest repair person. He replaced a compressor in one unit and did maintenance on two AC units.The bill was $350. I feel this was fair pricing and I will definitely continue to use this company.

Here's the deal - Not the cheapest, but the best VALUE. Polite, responsive, and they will present fair, non-pushy options. We've worked with them on four homes total (one total system, one AC, one maintenance with a limping-along unit, and now another AC unit), and they have been wonderful all the way around. Historically we've worked with Seth, but today's technician Klint was very good as well.

The process was simply and they showed up on time. They let me know via email when they'd be there and who the tech was. They were able to fix my AC issue quickly. The tech was very professional and very nice. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend them.
