Design Aire Heating & Cooling

My AC went out and I woke up to almost 90° degrees in my home. I called around and not only was Design Aire able to get to me asap, they were also the fairest price. My technician Josh S was extremely professional and knowledgeable with all of my many questions. He was friendly and took his time to do a thorough job. Would definitely recommend this company and my courteous technician to anyone!

We purchased and had installed a humidifier and a media filter system. The entire experience was EXCELLENT. The sales process was simple and easy. The price was much better than the other competitors we got bids from. The installer, Cory K, was outstanding. He was courteous, friendly, answered the many questions I had and he worked quickly. He exceeded my expectations in every way.

Super professional, friendly, and fixed the problem right away. Technicians are always willing to teach a few things while they are here too, which helps with general maintenance and life of our furnace.

I called Design Aire after finding their number in one of the local Church Add’s. I spoke with John who sent Josh over to look at my Furnace. Design Aire being the Second Company I called the first telling me I needed to purchase a brand new furnace “mine is not fixable” at the tune of 6K though their radio ad suggest a second opinion! Josh came over looked at my Furnace and repaired said Furnace. The cost to repair was less than $700.00! Design Aire is an Honest and Friendly Company with knowledgeable Service Tech that get the job done right! Definitely recommend using them!

We have two furnaces and just wanted to ensure they are both in good working order. Design Aire did a great job.

I called when I noticed our thermostat fan wasn't shutting off, and the heat wasn't coming on. They came out quickly and repaired it, and it was under a warranty that I didn't realize, so it was free. They have been professional. They installed the new furnace last year and took care of this small issue in a timely and courteous manner.

Ben installed a new Aprilaire humidifier replacing one that no longer worked. He explained that I had a few options and their differences... great workmanship and we now a very comfortable 72 yr old house.
