Design Aire installed the units when the house was built and we use them for a/c and furnace maintenance every year. Our A/C needed repair and Josh S. was great! He called when he was on his way, professional and very thorough/knowledgable in diagnosing the problem (which was a small fix). He took the time to explain what was causing the problem and why. I highly recommend them for yearly maintenance and repair for a/c and furnace.

These guys are wonderful. Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. They were out within four hours. Super professional and very nice . Zach the tech tried everything to get our motor working before replacing it. We will be using them in the future always !
