John came out even sooner than originally promised and was very responsive to communications via phone and text. Very professional and thorough. Was able to diagnose my AC issues quickly and had me up and running again in no time.

John was great! He came the same day and fixed our AC issue! He communicates well and gives veterans discounts. Such a great company to work with!

Jersey AC was great. I’m super happy with the quality of service. They are affordable and provide excellent service. He even went the extra mile and offered to help move some large furniture that needed to go. I’ve saved their number as my go-to repair contact and recommend to others to do the same.

I wish I could give more stars. Came out and fixed my PTAC unit when other companies said replacement was the only option. Very fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

If I could, I would give John and his company at least 10 stars for his product, customer service, and superb work. John was prompt on providing a quote for us for the service and products we needed at a very reasonable price.
He installed a brand new AC and since our previous unit was vandalized, he also suggested we install a cage which was also quoted at a very reasonable price. Our new A/C unit with its cage was installed within a week. Beautiful work and just in time for this past weekend when the weather outside skyrocketed to upper 80's. House was cool and comfortable within minutes of turning it on!

06/28/2022 UPDATE. I couldn’t help but Include an update on my review of Jersey Heating & Cooling. I don’t have enough words to express our satisfaction with their service. Not only they provide top service but they truly make it a mission to make you their top priority. We had an issue with our AC not working after a month of the original install. The issue was caused by a situation out of Jersey’s control. John came to check and fix the issue immediately and only charged us a service fee. John knew how critical it was to get our AC back in business as temperatures in STL were around 100. John has your back! No question!

John did a very thorough inspection of my HVAC system and installed my thermostat. He did a wonderful job! I’d highly recommend.

John was on time, very professional; found the problem immediately, took the time to explain the repair; did the work and then wanted to make sure I was satisfied. He is the best service person that I have used in a long time.
