They were absolutely amazing! Made a point to come same day to my job as we house dogs overnight! They made it a priority. Amazing service! Would recommend to everyone I know! I will be calling them to my home as well for issues and referred them to all of my work locations!!!

Jersey Heating and Cooling is 10/10. My furnace stopped working unexpectedly right before a major winter storm. John went out of his way to try to get out and check it before the weather came in. He was extremely professional and communicative throughout the week and went above and beyond to make sure I got the part I needed for the repair. I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend them for any job!

John is a terrific hvac professional. He fixed my broken a/c efficiently and gave me options without trying to upsell me. I really appreciated him coming on the same day as my inquiry and keeping me updated on his arrival time. I would highly recommend Jersey Hvac services, and plan to use him for all our properties.

John was awesome! Had a switch go out that shut down my thermostat on my last day of teaching school for the summer and a flight out of state. He came over and fixed the issues quickly so I could make my flight. Also, my cat demanded pets from him and John obliged. Thank you sir, my fur babies and I appreciate the help.

John came out for an emergency, in 98°, with my a/c out, on a weekend, with my two over heated Akitas- went above and beyond! Very open and honest, great conversation. He fixed my problem and put me at ease. I appreciate it and definately will and do recommend Jersey Heating and Cooling!

Jersey heating and cooling came highly recommended by a family member. John was the rep that came out. He was beyond helpful and was very thorough in explaining our options. We are very appreciative of the attention given to our needs and the fact that he was able to have it all installed the same day! I was very happy that we were able to upgrade and include the new UV light technology. The install was quick and seamless and my family is very happy with the new unit. It works perfectly! No complaints, except I may need to purchase more throws/sweaters because the house is COLD!

Jersey came by our house to check on our furnace before the winter, and answer some AC unit and venting questions. He was great! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and accommodating of my probably silly questions. He's definitely our go-to guy when we have a heating and/or cooling issue! 5 out of 5⭐!
Also was fully masked before I even opened the front door.

We knew what he was going to do and what he was doing every step of the way. He is very thorough, conscientious and obviously concerned about customer satisfaction. He is an extremely hard worker, goes above and beyond to make certain that all aspects of the job are completed properly and in a timely fashion. GREAT SERVICE!!!! I had a great experience with Jersey Heating and Cooling. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I recently bought my first home so I had them check on the heating system before winter. I also had them consult on adding a couple vents in the basement, and I had a few random questions that they helped with. Overall I would highly recommend this company! I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.
