Hometown Heroes Heating and Cooling

This review can’t do the service I received from this company enough justice. We received this recommendation from an app my wife had on her phone. Same day service and the price was more than fair for the information that I received. Charles, the technician, also helped me install my smart thermostat. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has ANY heating/cooling problems in the future.

So, to start with I was a little put off because they had to cancel twice because their technician was running late because he was still working another job. That is until they came to my house to install a humidifier for me and then I totally understood! The reason they were going to be late the first two times is they don't leave a job until everything works great, even things they weren't planning to do on that particular job! I have had many people and companies work at my houses over the years, but few if any have put forth the attention to detail, and gone over and above like these guys. If you are looking for HVAC service, and you maybe wonder how they have so many 5 star reviews, well, it is because they deserve them!

Update: I had them back out to fix a problem they identified while they were installing the humidifier. They were on time, called ahead, charged exactly what they quoted, but once again went above and beyond what was promised. There were extra parts that needed to be repaired, and they fixed those as well, for the original price quote! Do yourself a favor if you need some work done, call this company, you will get it done correctly and they won't leave you until it is completely fixed!

Andrew and his team at Hometown Heroes were very professional and got the work completed in a timely manner. Andrew made me feel so comfortable and made sure I understood everything about the process. Will definitely use again.
