I called when my furnace went out on a particularly cold morning and Andrew, the owner, was at my doorstep in very short order. Unfortunately, a new furnace was requires but Andrew and his team were able to replace the system the same day. They were all professional and friendly in addition to doing a great installation job for us. I called these guys because of their rating and I can say that they definitely deserve their high marks. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience, Charles was on time, knew his stuff, got my AC back up and running quickly and did it at a fair price. Cannot stress enough how much better it was to do business with these guys over other hvac companies. I'll definitely use them again.

Most of us can agree that when your heater goes kaput at midnight on a freezing Saturday night in January, you’re desperate to be rescued. It’s a helpless feeling, and makes for a seemingly endless, exhausting evening.

We were fortunate to be swiftly rescued by Hometown Heroes, whose memorable signage and catchy name I’d noticed while driving. I sent a text message to Andrew requesting emergency service at just before 1AM, received his response before 5AM, and he arrived by 7AM.

Andrew gave world-class service. His knowledge is clearly solid, he has a comforting, conversational character, & was generous with his professional know-how. We were toasty within 30 minutes, & I’d have happily paid twice what he billed.

Requiring service at home is often a daunting, impersonal shot in the dark. Our experience with Hometown Heroes evoked a time seemingly past, when dependable, personal service was a standard in which you could have confidence.

To top it off, they pride themselves on locality and service to our community through various charities. I can’t say enough about this exceptional company. You can rest assured you’ll be taken care of and maybe even enjoy an otherwise stressful circumstance.

First reached out to these guys on Thumbtack app, they were super responsive and were better than other Heating/AC people we have had in the past. We had our 40+ year old heating system fail and they came in quickly and installed a new system. They gave us an amazing deal especially since we were in the middle of selling our home and our budget was tight. Bryan is a really good guy, he was very transparent and trustworthy through the entire process. It was incredible they were able to have such a fast turn around time especially during the current supply chain crisis going on. Overall, great value, great quality, professional and on time.

They were very prompt and professional, they helped me get A/C back up and running in no time flat.
They were on time and honest, our compressor was not working properly and the found the issue and explained the cause of the problem.

We had a 32 year old water heater that needed to be replaced before something catastrophic happened. I started shopping for quotes and was extremely impressed with the response time. Brian and his crew came out the very next day from our initial conversation and got my old unit out and new one in. He also took the time to inspect the rest of my system. They are genuinely good people. Very informative and they aren't trying to run up the price. This honesty and professionalism has made me loyal to them and they have earned my HVAC/plumbing business from here on out. Brian is a very smart guy but finds a way to translate technical information to non technical people. I can't recommend them enough

I had hometown heroes give me a quote yesterday, not only did I receive a quote, but I got an entire HVAC class explaining all of my options and the differences between each and even the functionality of parts of the unit. Professional and educated to say the least. They actually fit me in next day and were promptly here at 8. But 5 they were cleaned up and done. My house has already dropped 9 degrees on one of the hottest days of the year. I couldn’t be more impressed with everything so far.

On the coldest day of the year our furnace died. Hometown Heroes came quickly, got us back up with heat. Evaluated our 20 year old system and and confirmed what we had planned on for a complete replacement. Helped arrange financing for everything. Back out and in one day had everything replaced and updated. We are warm again. These guys are great. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly have that local, hometown comfort. Did all the work perfectly. Cleaned up and removed all the old system. They were not satisfied until we were. At the height of cold, Covid and a swamped schedule, They took all the extra steps to to take care of us and leave us far above satisfied. We will always use them and highly recommend to everyone. And our dogs loved them too.

I was very impressed the first time I called them and how fast they met with us. We had a mini split put in our new sunroom and LOVING IT! They were professional and the installers did an AWESOME JOB! It’s so beautiful and clean looking! I would totally recommend them.
