Very professional, did an excellent job on our tankless hot water heater installation. Great attention to detail and quality workmanship. For a hot water heater, it looks really really nice! They’re very courteous and respectful, straightforward and honest. Plan to look into using them again to install zone climate controls.

If I could give this company 100 stars I absolutely would. Andrew was honest, friendly, fair, everything you could ask for in any business. My terrible scam of a home warranty company, Gold Star Home Warranty, (not my choice) wouldn’t cover a new heating unit because lack of maintenance on my part. I haven’t even lived here a year and the unit was past life expectancy when I bought my home. Which, from what I understand, is why you have home warranty companies upon buying a house. Anyway, Andrew went above and beyond what I ever expected when my heat went out and freezing cold weather was approaching. Hands down the best company I’ve worked with. Definitely recommend and would absolutely use again!

I was looking for a ductless heating and cooling unit for a sunroom. I received 3 bids from local contractors which were way over my budget.
I guess they didn't really have time to bother themselves my little job so they quoted $4-$5,000 above the price of the unit. Hometown Heroes responded and quoted me a fair price I was willing to pay. They came out within a week and did an outstanding job. They also took the time to teach me the operation and how it works. They are courteous and professional. I also like this company because 10% of each job goes to charities I respect. Especially those involving veterans. I'm a veteran myself and highly recommend this company that is a new entrant in the local HVAC realm.

Quick to respond! My furnace went out in 17 degree weather. They gave me the information to make the right decision for my home whether I chose them to install or not. It was clear they wanted to take care of their community and that’s why I went with them. Good price, and quality work.

Andrew was fantastic! He helped us understand what we needed for our place and answered all the questions we have. Great company willing to work for you and they make sure you are fully satisfied. Installation happened while we were gone and came back to a house on full chill when temps were hitting 100 degrees. The best part was you couldn't hear the AC unit running. If you want the best service look no further.

Furnace failed in the evening and they were out first thing the next morning to help. Andrew gave me a couple of options but ultimately I went with replacing the furnace which was from 1997. He didn't try to up sell anything and provided the best solution at the best cost. The new furnace was installed a few hours later and just in time before the temperature really started dropping outside. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues.
