I highly recommend Hometown Heros Heating and Cooling!!! Andrew, Bryan, Lloyd and the receptionist. Thank all of you !! They were amazing!!! Our furnace wasn’t working at all on the 2 nights that it got down in the 20’s, Lloyd, he was very professional, polite and explained everything to me!! He diagnosed the problem, which was the main board. He had 2 boards in his van, neither were compatible with our furnace, they ordered a 3rd board which still wasn’t compatible. All the time that this was going on, Bryan was communicating to me what was going on. They were having a hard time finding a board, but, that didn’t stop them!!! They found the board!!! Andrew came out and installed the board for us, he was very professional, polite and beyond a nice guy!! They are all amazing!! They will be the ONLY place I will go to for any of my Heating and Cooling needs!! They are very prompt at returning calls and keeping you informed as to what’s going on!!

Great experience!!
Technician called to tell me he was running a bit late, which I appreciated. Once here, he had me explain the issue, he then looked over all the components of my A/C system. After that, he grabbed his tools and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. I was totally shocked by his knowledge, not to mention the prices. Only charged me for a service call. I will certainly use them again and recommend. Thanks Hometown Heroes!

Bryan and his team were wonderful from start to finish. They arrived on time and worked hard until the work was done. After the work was done it was double checked to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the work. The pricing was reasonable in comparison to other quotes I had received, but what made me really chose this company was because of how informative Bryan was with helping me chose the right products for my needs and the other reason is because they give back to the community with every job they do. Called and set up a 4 pm appointment they called and asked if they could arrive early. A well groomed, professional, intelligent and friendly technician showed up and had the problem diagnosed in a few minutes, told me that the main board was under warranty, went and picked it up and installed it and only charged me 200 dollars. Best experience I have ever had with a repairman.

Bryan was the 1st immediate contact I dealt with. He was very personable and knowledgeable about every question I asked about replacing my water heater. He took the time to investigate my furnace as well which I have also had some concerns about when he discovered it was over 21 years old!

Another thing I discovered about this newer company is that they support the charities in and around the KC Metro area plus their prices are so reasonable because they don't pocket a large percentage of profits like other companies I've dealt with. I'm on a set monthly income so I truly am grateful to companies who watch out for my pocketbook as well.

The day of installation was today (very quick turn around), and the techs went straight to work until they finished the job 4.5 hours later as Bryan estimated. One of the best part of my very positive experience was the cleanup afterward. They did a fantastic job leaving the area they worked cleaner than it was so I didn't have to do anything but turn off the lights in my basement plus they hailed away the old equipment and boxes. If I have any issues with my A/C unit you know who I'll be calling... Home Town Heroes Heating and Cooling, and YOU should too!

Hometown Heroes was amazing! My AC went out and dealing with my home warranty company and the technician they assigned to me (from a different company) was a nightmare. After two months of no AC, I gave up and contacted Hometown Heroes. In less than a week, I had a new air conditioner and furnace. Way too expensive for furnace & ac plus 8 flex supplies for room additions, 650 sq ft. Bryan - owner/ sales person, you should bring sales tablet, measuring tape, flashlight..you brought nothing, you did not take any notes....but you thought you were bringing your game of complete 2 Ton system & 90+ 70k and cheapest 6 supplies quote for $15,000..this is 650 Sq ft room additions.

I'm a single woman you did not care to take advantage of, due to the economy you are price gouging your prices! My equipment cost only $3816, ductwork under $300..rest is not labor!

I'm a previous HVAC Owner/Installer...Never took advantage of people like you are trying to do! Shame on You!

These guys are awesome. What started as a call about my furnace not working quickly turned into needing a replacement or additional maintenance. Andrew came out and walked me through all the issues with my current system, explained my options in detail, answered all my questions, followed up (not annoying), and finally settled on the solution to replace everything. They were not pushy and let me make my own decisions. The installation guys were amazing, super nice, and accommodating. Other than the new units, there were no trace left behind. I have a full house of fur babies so doors and gates being closed are a big thing. I had zero issues. 10/10 will absolutely refer and recommend. Thanks again y'all.
