Hometown Heroes Heating and Cooling

After our A/C unit broke down, we decided to have a couple of reputable companies come out and look at it. We were told the unit could not be repaired and had to be replaced. They were all very professional, but Hometown Heroes was able to give us the best price. They responded fast to our service request and they would have installed the new unit that same afternoon had we been available. Overall, we are very content with the quality of services provided by Aaron, Brian and the rest of their team.

We had a new furnace installed. Aaron, Brian and the guys are all awesome. Professional and prompt! They explained and answered my questions concerning our heating and cooling system and were very knowledgeable about it. These guys know their stuff and do great work. The name fits well.

Arrived at the time they said they would. I was contacted by multiple people from Hometown Heroes. Lloyd arrived to assess my 2006 heating and cooling system. AC seemed ok, maybe minimal repairs, but the furnace was dangerous. I was shown the damages and decided to replace the entire system.
David and James arrived at the time they said they would. Pleasant and professional. They got right to work and did not stop until the job was done. Clearly explained the unit to me, and very patient with all of my questions. I was satisfied I had made the right choice when I went with Hometown Heroes Heating and Cooling.
Customer service was awesome and seemed like they were in touch with me daily. The gentlemen that came to my home were very professional and personable. Tolerated (liked) my dogs who were very comfortable with David and James.
