Hoffman Heating & Cooling

I have been using Hoffman Heating & Cooling since they opened their doors. He is incredibly polite and courteous. He has never had any issues working around the absolute chaos in my joys of children and pets galore. He has always been very honest with what the issues are and giving me a range of recommendations. His after hours & weekend response time is some of the quickest I have seen in the industry, and he has always offered to go above and beyond. If you want to work with a company that is owned by an honest, hard working man who simply wants to help people, Hoffman is it. To have someone come in, take a look at your issues, offer advice and then work with you to get done what you need, even if it’s on a budget. I cannot speak more highly of a company or its ownership. Dustin truly brings back that “mom and pop” feel into a company, while having the professionalism and resources of a large company.

There was a knocking in my furnace ! The owner himself came over immediately to check it out & fixed it so fast! I was in awe, because I knew my apartment’s maintenance men wouldn’t get to it for weeks! Thanks Dustin for quick service !

Do not use this business. He will damage your AC to only try to sell you a new one. My AC was working fine before he touched it. He would never put anything in writing as he promised to do. He also took several hundreds of dollars of my freon. When I contacted him to tell him I wasn't going to buy a new AC but wanted to know what happened to my freon and a clear explaination of proposed expenses, he hung up on me. I contacted two other ethical companies who explained to me his procedures were not correct or ethical, and they explained the damage he caused my unit. I am now out $1000 to have these damages fixed. I will be contacting the EPA (due to the theft of my freon), the Missouri Attorney General, and seeking legal action. I suggest you do the same if he talked you into buying a new furnace or AC if you didn't feel you needed one. He is out to make fast money.

So, The Hoffman team had SO MUCH patience with my old heating and cooling system. When I had questions or problems (weekends/nights), they were nice and willing to talk me through quick solutions that would help until I was available to get the work done. They explained my options and gave their expert opinion about what work needed to be done. They explained all the work that they did. They went OVER and BEYOND to make sure I was informed and satisfied with their work.
