Overall great experience. Showed up on time and was extremely honest on if I needed to fix an issue now or later. I also really appreciated receiving the notes we went over via email later that night. I highly recommend!

Creature Comfort gave me a very honest opinion of my HVAC and provided some tips on making it more efficient. Also found a capacitor that needed replaced before it went bad and left me with out A/C. Did not try to oversell me!

I was very pleased with Philip, the young man sent to service my A/C. He was polite, respectful & kind, patient, and very thorough in answering all my questions.

Solid guys, they are down to earth and very personable. We basically had our entire system replaced and they took on the job and crushed it! If you need any work done reach out to them before or after you get a quote from the “big name” guys.
