Noticed many recommending Swiss Air on my neighborhood Facebook page. Had them out for preventative maintenance. Very detailed and complete in their service. The technician Layne is a great representative of the company and I appreciate all the information he provided. Thank you!

Ron and Layne at Swiss Air were responsive and they were consummate professionals throughout. Ron's hands-on approach and willingness to go above and beyond impressed my wife and I. It demonstrated how much he cared, as an owner, about his customers and his business. Layne was prepared, skilled, thorough, efficient and trustworthy. He never tried to inappropriately upsell or do anything but focus on solving our HVAC issues as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. I called for services when my AC quit working. Roy came out within 2 hours of my phone call. Once it was determined that a new system would be a better option, Allen came out shortly after to discuss my options.
