Great communication. Called prior to arrival. Wore shoe covers without asking! (My pet peeve is shoes being worn inside the house, so I really appreciated this) Provided great services and explained recommendations clearly. Highly recommend and will use again.

Tyler was very professional! He went over his recommendations n made several suggestions that were very useful. He told us our gas pressure was too high n that he adjusted it to within normal acceptable levels.

I had used Kappa for years, but recently found that they had been acquired by Swiss Air, so I had them come out to fix my blower motor. I was very happy that they came out the same day I called, and the technician seemed to be a nice enough guy. Had no problem with the $95 service call charge, but when I was informed that they wanted $300 (in addition to the service call fee) for a 7.5uF motor start capacitor (an item that you can easily get for $10-$20) I was miffed to say the least. When I called the office to complain, they reduced the part price to $179 (still in addition to the service call fee). They got my money this time but don't let them get yours.

Rob Massey came out and couldn't fix the issue but he was great explaining the issue and showing me where the problem was in the furnace.

John was very nice & went beyond and above to ensure all was working before he left. Thank you for all your hard work 😌

16 yo furnace stopped heating to set temp. Rob got it working correctly & also discovered excessive mold in the cabinet. He was professional,
informative, and friendly, and gave recommendations for dealing with the mold issue.
