The service I have received from the guys at Swiss Air has been excellent. They are knowledgeable and always willing to provide a detailed explanation of what they find as they conduct their bi/annual maintenance of my HVAC system. They have always been straight shooters which I can appreciate.

The technicians have been professional and on time. Very helpful including Jon. Great service.

We have been using Swiss Air for about a year and half and we love being on the maintenance plan where they come and check our AC and furnace units every 6 months. The guys are always very professional and warm. Plus they replace the furnace filters in the attic for me.

Just asked to get a coil pan replaced. They said that the pan can not be ordered. But I called the company that makes my air conditioner and they said they have one. I will never call this company again
