The Ultimate Savings Plan is a real money saver and the service technicians who have come out to check out my HVAC system have been great. Today, the technician’s name was Layne and he was very patient while I wrapped up my phone call as he had arrived ahead of schedule. After completing the maintenance, he made some recommendations to help with the life and health of my system, as well as help address an issue we discussed. I’ve done some research on his recommendations and will definitely be reaching out!

He gives us detailed explanations of what is going on with our HVAC and heating systems and gives us estimates before completing any work. Swiss Air is incredibly responsive any time that we have called. We had them install a new AC unit and furnace and replace our hot water heater with a tankless one. We did have some issues with our new tankless (manufacturer issue, not Swiss Air) and they were out the same day we called and made sure to get us squared away at no additional costs ever. The last few visits for repairs and regular system maintenance have been from technician Rob, who is so friendly and professional. Everyone I have talked to from this company has been genuine and professional. 100% recommend.
