The man who checked our AC was very personable and nice! He checked it quick and went on his way. The only thing is they were an hour late for our appointment.

We were having issues with HVAC and needed to have it checked out. Called Swiss Air over the holiday weekend and were told that they could come out and that it would be an expensive visit since it was a Holiday.

Informed us that even if there was something wrong they would not be able to order parts or fix the issue, and that we should wait until after the weekend to call.

We liked this honesty and that's why we called them back. Service Tech Rob Thomas was sent out and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He stayed for a long time and did lots of trouble- shooting. Definitely would recommend.

Swiss Air prioritizes its clients. They are quick to respond and very helpful in explaining what is going on. They are patient with my questions in understanding. They were quick to respond. Thanks Layne for your quick response, quality work, and help getting my furnace back to running order.

Tyler was very professional and customer friendly. Making the appointment was easy and they were on time and I feel very comfortable with them being in my home.

So happy with the service we received from Swiss Air! Our heater went out during some pretty cold weather & they made sure that it was fixed quickly. Rob came out at 6pm on a Friday night and was so nice & very helpful. He explained everything & was very knowledgeable. Got it fixed quickly and we were only without heat for a small amount of time. Very friendly & professional service!

Rob was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do and what it was going to cost. He was super friendly very professional and extremely efficient.

Updated (1/24/23): We had a second visit from Swiss Air. Layne showed up, at the expected time, was very professional, and made sure everything was running properly. He made sure to ask if I had any questions and explained what he did well.

Once again, fantastic service from Swiss Air.

Technician Justin was excellent provider. Called before arrival. Came when he said he would. Worked efficiently. Respectful young man who displayed professionalism.

Installers were on time, very professional and friendly. Got the job done neatly and efficiently. New system (furnace and AC) works great!

Lane was our service person today. He came and did the one of two yearly maintenance just cleaning and checking and everything. Lane was very professional and courteous He did an incredible job. For our next maintenance appointment sometime in the summer, I would like to ask for Lane as the person who comes and does the service. Thank you very much. I appreciate everything. Tyler was excellent! He was very friendly, and he made everything very easy to understand. Their prices are pretty great, and the club membership is beyond worth it. I highly recommend this business.
