Very happy happy with the service we received. Our heat went out when it was -6 degrees outside and they made it out to the house in 30 minutes. Great service and great price!

Simply amazing customer service and transparency with costs and services. They do it all when it comes to HVAC along with the customer service to top it off. I appreciate their knowledge and service and will be using them again whenever I need them.

Everything about my experience with this company was superb. So many HVAC companies will give you the run-around, but Jason was straightforward, open, and honest about everything right from the initial email I sent him.

Prices are fair, the service is great quality, the man is incredibly professional and friendly, and I will always come back to him for any HVAC business. I can’t recommend this business highly enough.

I needed help installing a new A/C unit on my home, and after he was finished, he even fixed a wiring issue he happened to notice that was unrelated to his service. He fixed it so quickly, he didn’t even charge me for it! Do yourself a favor and hire this company if you’re in need of HVAC services.

UPDATE Dec. 2022: So I had an issue with my furnace making a squealing sound intermittently. I was able to snag a video of it and emailed it right over to Jason. With winter around the corner, I wanted to get this problem solved before my furnace locked up. He diagnosed it and sent someone over within 12 hours! Keep in mind, I have a flexible schedule, but that’s still extremely impressive.

The technician who came out, Seth, was crazy good. He had the new part installed in less than a half hour. I couldn’t believe it. He fired up the furnace, and it sounded better than it ever has! What an incredible company, and the price I paid for such quality, quick work is unmatched. And the peace of mind they provide is stellar. They did it again!

Jason is professional, on time, intelligent and hard working. He communicated appropriately and was always willing to answer any stupid questions I had for him and I had plenty as I’m pretty novice when it comes to this stuff. He was always checking with us to make sure everything was going ok as he was doing our installation as it was a couple day process, as we had our whole system replaced. Even after he was done if had questions and he had no issues responding quickly. Thanks Jason for being reliable.

My air conditioner was not cooling. Record heat. I called and Jason responded at midnight to get my problem taken care of. I was so impressed with the service I received that I will tell all my family and friends about his great company. Will definitely use him again. We called this morning and got an appointment today (when it's 100° outside)! Jason showed up early within the given time frame. He was kind, professional, and quick. We will definitely call him again!

Had sensor flame go out & they came out first thing Sat morning and repaired issue when I couldn't get any other company to respond in timely manner.

I’ve been using KirbnJays for my all personal and business HVAC needs for the last few months and I couldn’t be more pleased with Jason and the service he provided. He was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. He was also very courteous. He also provided recommendations for routine maintenance.

I spent a long time explaining in detail everything Jason went through to get my A/C working again and then "IT WAS ALL GONE!" I couldn't find it on my phone!
So, let me tell you; Jason is very accommodating, he will fit you in ASAP day or evening, he is professional in his work, getting the job done completely, explains what the problem is, what he will need to do and what the cost will be. He charges less than others which is so hard to find in this day and time!! He is honest & trustworthy and a good hardworking person all around.
