Phenomenal.

AC went out late on a Friday during a heatwave. I called companies I'd used in the past but they were booked or didn't answer. So I looked online for local companies, checked reviews, and then called KirbnJays. Jay answered and was at my door within about 1 hour. He found the problem right away, had what he needed to fix it, provided additional maintenance, and had the house cooling down within a couple hours.

I don't know if this is how Jay operates on every call but this was way beyond my expectations ...so I bought the annual plan too. If his follow up and service on the plan is half as good as what he provided tonight, it will still be a bargain.

Quick and efficient service. Our heat was blowing cold right before negative temperatures were set to move in. Provided a temp fix until the part can come in. Slept like a baby in my warm house last night.

Jason, Mike and Seth were very professional and worked hard during a hot, stormy day to install our new AC. Our new system is more efficient and a lot more quiet. We are very happy with the service received.

Showed up as scheduled and was very professional during the entire visit. They quickly identified the issue and replaced a failing part. They made sure the part was functioning properly and cleaned up and left all within an hour.

I want to tell everyone!! Jason is the guy to call on when you heating or cooling system worked on. I read the reviews and I have to honestly say that the reviews are so accurate about Jason and his company. Thank you Jason. I am so glad I did not use Kelly Services. I signed an maintenance contract agreement with Jason and I look forward to Jason taking care of my New home. Thank you so much for coming out so late tonight. It says alot about who you are as a professional. Everyone call KirnJays you won't regret it.

KirbnJays saved the day for our family. Woke up on a Sunday to no heat. They were fast to respond and repair our heater. Jason was very professional and personable. We trusted his recommendations and felt like he only had our best interests in keeping us safe and warm.

Jason showed up in a timely manner installed what he came to install, which was a humidifier system for winter use. He also took it upon himself to fix a few little minor issues that I had with my current system as to make everything else work better So out of that I gave him an annual service contract, that's how business is done. Professional and great work. It was a fairly easy fix, but that's where businesses like this shine. No up selling or tacked on extras. Did the job perfectly and left us confident that we will absolutely use his services again as needed.
