Amazing service. Considerate pricing. Honest people. Had problem with furnace. Techs worked hard to figure out best pricing and when we found out it was a gas co. Issue, they only charged a service call and helped protect our pipes from freezing, went above and beyond. If you want honest,fair pricing. They can't be beat. Period. Jason and Ryan both came to the house to perform routine yearly maintenance and provided great customer service. They were prompt and provided detailed information about how the system was running. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Our AC had been running pretty much non-stop with little cooling for the last 2 days. This was an 18 year old system that we had performed routine maintenance on but still....18 years is a long time. We figured the compressor was shot. After very through diagnostics our Tech, Ryan, determined that the sole issue was merely a faulty electrical condenser.
Having read reviews from many other HVAC service companies, most good but some pretty scary, we were prepared for really bad news but were VERY pleased with such a diagnosis.
From the time We contacted Kirb-n-Jays till Ryan showed was less then an hour....not 2 or 3 days like you would expect. Ryan was a very pleasant young man, even the Dog and Cats liked him.

I had called early Friday morning, my heat was at 59 degrees in the house. They got me in early. They were so nice and professional. Looked at everything, and explained why they were doing it. Felt very at ease and in good hands. I could not of asked for a better company to look at my heater. I will definitely be using them again for heating and cooling needs. Thank you!

The company is great! They came out on Christmas Eve which was a great help since we had no heat! It was fast and affordable, even gave us a discount- then came back for something minor which was no fault to them and did not charge for the service. The owner is a real upstanding guy.
