They are a great company to work with! Our heat and AC have both gone out after hours, they came as soon as possible those same nights and made the repairs! They are extremely kind to work with as well!

Called to get an estimate on repairing our A/C. Jason said he could come out today and give me an estimate, and no charge for it! Awesome! Jason was very responsive, kept in contact with me to his arrival time and he was very punctual and did a fast, thorough job fixing it. Got to work, got it fixed and he is very reasonable with his prices. I highly recommend him for any A/C or heating job. Very nice guy that explains what service he will do to get you up and running again. Yes, I will call him again should I have any issues. Thank you very much Jason for a quick, thorough job. I am a bit speechless with the amazing service. To start, it was easy to book the appointment. They notify you every step of the way verifying you have an appointment, reminders, and communicating when they are expected to arrive. Three polite gentleman came to the house. I had an issue with my gas fireplace. They were able to quickly assess the situation and rectify the problem. They have won my business. It is nice to try a locally owned business and be thrilled with the results.

They came out to service/repair the furnace but said it had too many repairs and for its age it would be best to replace it. They had a new one installed within 3 days of me making the call. There was a huge snow storm plus the temperatures we dropping below 0. I was happy they could get it done so fast!!!

From beginning to end of this entire process I couldn’t have been happier! They sent a text advising on their way, they were on time, professional, & got the job done in record time. We’re very happy with our decision to give them a try & will definitely be using them again if needed!

Jason came out Christmas day to fix my furnace after calling several other companies and being told it was going to be 3 to 4 days. He was very personable, honest and friendly and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what had caused it. KirbnJays will defiantly be taking care of any my Hvac system from now on.

Christmas Day they were the only company taking appointments for emergency. I wasn’t home and had a house sitter that was there. Said they polite and very straightforward. Fixed our issue fast and I cannot thank them enough. But they will have our future business.
