I got an appointment right away, the problem diagnosed by a knowledgeable and friendly person, the techs arrived on time, worked hard, were professional and answered all my questions. I have used them twice now and will call them again.

Cody did a great job fixing my air conditioning quickly. He showed me the issue and was very nice and professional.

Had an awesome experience all around with LSHC. Over the winter we had a full HVAC installation and it has been smooth with all components working great. Most recently, we had a complementary plumbing inspection and the work they put in was fantastic. We were informed and offered excellent solutions to any issues that were found. Thank you!!

I recently received service from Travis (senior tech) and Jordan on March 27, 2023. I received excellent service and clear, transparent communication regarding the issues causing no heat and intermittent shutdown. Lees Summit Heating and Cooling Inc. has restored my furnace to normal operation after a terrible install by a different company in 2021 and several other companies who charged a lot of money and did shoddy work. I will only use Lees Summit Heating and Cooling Inc. from here on out and cannot give enough praise to Travis and Jordan for fixing our furnace so we can have heat again.

I've had both my upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems replaced by LSH&C since 2015. I have only had outstanding Customer Experiences whether it was sales, installation, annual maintenance or add-ons. All employees seem well-trained for professionalism and good customer journeys.

Travis was very professional and explained everything that was going on. He gave me several options to choose so I believe I chose the best option. I’m glad he will be my technician tomorrow. When my heating and cooling system is replaced.

Met with Cody as part of our search for a solution to our broken AC. Wr had 4 or 5 different bids and quotes from various HVAC companies and Cody did a very thorough job of explaining our options and also being transparent about not having to replace our full HVAC system, which is something other service companies did not suggest. They back American standard primarily and that is our current system, but Cody suggested we could potentially just fix the AC and still get more years from our furnace. That level of honesty is why we are going to them for our AC repair. Looking forward to see how the final product looks and continuing to use them for our HVAC needs.

We placed a call with them earlier in the week and they were accommodating with scheduling a free estimate same week. Cody provided 3 options to fit our needs and budget without upselling or acting like our problem was worse than it is. Thank you!

Update 5/23/23: Brandon and Chris came promptly at 8:00am to remove our old AC and install a new AC unit inside and outside the home. Both were friendly, efficient and we're now enjoying AC in the house again. Install time was just shy of 3 hours but no issues so far. Thanks, Brandon and Chris!

Tyler did an amazing job troubleshooting and diagnosing my ac problem very friendly and professional tech saved me tons of money and I’m very grateful for that very honest and reasonable company my second time using them and if ever in need I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call 6 star service my previous tech was amazing as well.

Great company to deal with. First time customer. They installed a whole house humidifier at a better price than their competition. They were on time and very professional. Will use again for sure.
