Jordan did a great job servicing my AC for the summer. He took the time to talk with me, explain what he did, and that everything was working properly.

Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling worked to get my AC replaced last year, working with my warranty company that didn't want to pay, and got me in a working system. They went above and beyond, and their staff continues to do that in their check-ups!

I was able to have someone come out the same day. Joe Crowley was very professional and friendly. He had a great attitude. He replaced my capacitor, and my Air Conditioner is working again.

We had our sump pump system replaced/upgraded as well as two outside faucets replaced. Tanner took care of all tasks single-handed and in a very timely manner. He made the extra effort to clean up all areas where work took place and provided a walk through with exercising each new device. I would definitely recommend the new plumbing services of Lees Summit Heating & Cooling!

We were about to go on a trip when the A/C unit froze up and quit working. Fortunately Travis was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provide options. Since the 29 year old unit failed completely, Brandon and Chris were scheduled to replace the whole furnace/A/C unit the next day and we didn't have to cancel or delay our trip. Thanks guys!

I was very impressed with how quickly Lees Summit Heating & Cooling responded to my call & got a device appt scheduled that evening. The plumber (Luke Malcolm) was professional, knowledgeable and efficient in completing the work required (spigot, tub drain, and maximizing overall water pressure via new regulator). The company preformed a follow up (at my request) to assure regulator was set at highest allowable pressure.

Joe Crowley came by my house and was professional and on time. He checked my a/c unit on the exterior and the interior and after running tests found a few issues. He let me know exactly what the issue was and was transparent about the cost and what it would take to fix my issue. I am glad I called Lees summit Heating and Cooling.

The tab would not work to show more service areas, but, Alex was here for an electrical inspection and Josh was here for a plumbing one. Both were spectacular! Courteous, friendly, informative, etc. I cannot say enough! SO good! Thank you!

Pat came out to do a system tuneup and replace the flue. He was not aware of the flue replacement on his initial visit, but after conferring with your office, it was determined you had the parts but forgot to let the technician know about the flue replacement. Pat made arrangements to come back later in the day to replace the flue, which he did so quickly and skillfully. While he was here, I also mentioned to him we had both an airflow problem with a few vents and a problem with condensation, so he went above and beyond and did a review of our attic. We will now be looking to change out some duct work, add some elbow sleeves which should have been done when the house was originally built, and hopefully correcting the condensation problem. I plan to be scheduling that work with your office sometime tomorrow (I asked if someone from your company could call me after 1:00 tomorrow for scheduling, and Pat said he would pass that on). Since your installation of a new American Standard system in 2019, I've always received prompt and outstanding service from your company when needed. I understand Pat is relatively new to Lee's Summit Heating & Cooling, but I can vouch that he is an exceptional technician and thorough with his work; a true professional.
