They were out 5 weeks ago to give me a bid to replace a mini-split system that they had installed incorrectly. The compressor going out every year and the bi-yearly maintainence that I had should have indicated to them that the system had a serious leak. Never called back. I called a million times leaving messages. Now I hear that they are out of business. Sure would have been nice if they would have sent a postcard to customers, esp those waiting for a call-back, or called, or at the very least changed their answering message to let people know they were out of business!

I do not know about their work because they showed up a week ago for an estimate on replacing our air conditioner, looked at our system, and said they would email me the estimate (which they never did). Two other companies showed up and did estimates and were able to give me a price on the spot. A little disappointed in this company because they were highly recommended by a family friend...

We was very pleased , pretty sure was the hottest day of the year they were recommended by a friend called in the a.m. (david) the technician stopped on his way to another customer because we were in route. He diagnosed the problem said he wasn't sure if he could make it back same day, left a detailed estimate . came back with the material and had us cooling before 10 p.m. that same day .very professional, explained in detail the whole process , showed me why i need to start saving for a new system , no unexpected cost and when he was done he took the trash he brought !!!!

I would not even give them 1 star. The service man had to come back 3 times, he even put in a motor with the wrong rpm's in our air conditioner and it quit working again all within a few weeks time. They say their work is guaranteed but after calling and never hearing back after calling and paying a large amount we had to hire another company to redo everything they did wrong.

Wouldn’t recommend. Having to spend as much or more than I originally needed to in order to fix what they’ve done.
