Kallen with Sharp-Long made it to our house the morning after a holiday and was able to quickly determine what was wrong with our air conditioner and get it fixed. He was very polite, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly! Very satisfied with our experience.

Usually they are great. This time I'm giving 3 stars for the serviceman who came for his professionalism. I'm not happy right now because I called because my AC is not working. They sent someone who doesn't have the equipment to fix my AC. Now I have to wait another day, which is the Friday of a holiday weekend! Right now it's 80 degrees in my house.......So today cost $89 to basically do nothing. He did spray it with the hose, which my husband did last week, and tried to charge it.

UPDATE: The next day the serviceman ran out of time and was unable to repair my unit. After the weekend, and a rocky start with the second serviceman, he did return on Tuesday and again on Wednesday (didn't have the part Tuesday but found the problem) Very professional and apologetic. It's now been about a week and the AC is working great So in the end I'm happy with the final result and we had a somewhat mild weekend so it wasn't too unbearable.

This company actually told us The truth about what’s wrong with the furnace and about our out side AC unit. Found that the previous company had lied to my wife and I just to get a sale and told us that we had to buy before June 1st because the price would almost double if we wait. I can't believe that they would treat a 100% Disabled Veteran in a wheelchair for life. I can't thank Sharp & Long told us The truth. This company went above and beyond and treated us with respect and the truth. That goes along way with Veteran and knowing not every company actually tells the truth.

Everyone has been very courteous and helpful. They maintained our old furnace & AC as long as they could & worked with us to choose a replacement. They installed it and we have had no problems. They are responsive when you need help (even at midnight in a winter storm). We wouldn’t use anyone else for our heating/AC needs.

We had a/c and furnace replaced at our house in Raytown Missouri. Great service good people 1 day deal couldn't ask for better job. We coordinate all of this by phone from Wisconsin . My older son recomend them from using them himself and I called and all went smoothly from there. Thank you all for you kind and professional service. I will recommend your co. Kyle called and offered to come early, which worked great for my schedule. He was friendly and professional and did a good service on my heating system. Will definitely use this service again.

I have used them for 20+ years and have always been pleased with their service guys. Bought a new heating cooling from them a few years back and have been very pleased. Ross serviced the air conditioning and did a great job. I will as for him each time I have it serviced .

4/29/2022. On a regular spring service check up, we were advised that our AC unit compressor was not operating correctly and was about to quit. Going into the summer months, we decided to move forward with replacement. With the competent help of the Sharp-Long technicians, we now have a new heating, air conditioning and zoning system installed. Sharp-Long service was efficient, respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves. We definitely recommend Sharp-Long 72 Degrees Air Conditioning and Heating. A special shout-out to Lloyd Gould for his courteous and professional service.
