Every time I have used LSHC has been a great experience. I’ve had my HVAC unit replaced with them and I just had Dalton check my plumbing. The recommendations have only been what is actually needed and the repair costs have been fair. Will use them again.

We had both a plumbing technician and HVAC technician scheduled for the same day. Both were very professional and efficient. The plumbing technician identified two problems that I was not aware of and helped me find a preventive solution to a washing machine issue. Highly recommend!

Travis spent some time trying to repair our current HVAC system, but since it is so old, it was unable to be fixed. He then sat down with us and went over all of our options and explained any questions we had. He then went through the paperwork, quite quickly, and efficiently, which we appreciate, because that doesn’t take up most of our evening, and have set up an appointment for installation on a new HVAC system.

Tyler arrived on time and quickly checked the A/C. Discovered a potential problem. Did a great job explaining the problem and as requested, completed the repair. Really appreciated his honesty and hard work. Great experience! Thanks!

Review of Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling.
I noticed my old thermostat was requesting new batteries. I went to take it off the mount and got a static charge that caused me to drop it. When I plugged it back in to the mount, only half the screen was visible.
I called Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling and spoke to Matthew about replacing my broken thermostat. I explained our system is a dual fuel setup, it has both a heat pump and a furnace. He assured me they would have a new thermostat, designed for this exact setup. I made a service appointment for that same afternoon.
The Service Technician, Cody, called to verify the appointment and to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he showed me several choices of programable thermostats that would work with my system. We talked it over and decided on a Honeywell unit.
Cody programed the new unit and got it back working. He went over the settings to make sure he had it set up correctly. He also checked out the furnace and heat pump. He adjusted our air flow between downstairs and upstairs and made sure we were happy with the results.
This was an outstanding experience, same day service, parts were “in stock,” and the people were great. It was all very professionally managed. I can recommend Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling.
