We have always loved Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling. They replaced the main A/C unit for us in 2018, and installed a completely new secondary unit in 2021 to zone our house. Ducts, returns, all of it has been done by them. Each employee we've worked with has been courteous, professional, and seems to truly care about us as customers. I've recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

Pat showed up with a pleasant and professional attitude. Performed a routine inspection on the AC unit and explained everything that he checked once he was done. Cleaned the outside compressor coils. No complaints. Pat is just one of several Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling professionals that have excellent knowledge of their trade and treat the customer with respect.

Alex S came & assessed our plumbing. Very professional. Spent time explaining what problems he found. Very happy with his service! We will ask for him again when we need plumbing. Travis then came for annual a/c maintenance. He is excellent! We ask for Travis every time for furnace & a/c problems. He goes the extra mile to help us keep warm & cool. We have used LSH&C since our house was built in 1991. Always pleased with their work.

We had a positive experience. Came when they said they would and did a good job. Educated us on what they were doing and how to operate the system. Very courteous and professional. Devante, Jordan and Tyler were great! Give them a raise!

I’ve used this company for close to 25 years. They provide great service. Steve and his team have always been the best to work with. My technician TRAVIS is the best. I even referred them to my sister and brother in law. They like Travis too.

My old central air system failed and needed a new one right away. They were were immediately responsive to my situation and got a crew out the next day. I was very happy with how courteous and professional all of the team was in answering my questions and keeping me informed. Will certainly refer all my family and friends.

I had a very good experience in the past with LS H&C when they replaced my furnace unit, so I went back to them to replace my water heater and they did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive to my questions when I was asking them about water heater replacement options. They were professional in all aspects of my dealings with them. The manager, Tanner, and his associate came out for the actual installation. They came on time, got to work, and finished the job in a very timely manner. Thank goodness a firm that carries the "Lees Summit" banner in their company name is upholding the high standards that one would hope for from a business in the neighborhood!

We just had them out today for a quote but will most likely go with them for our repairs. We felt a good level of honestly and knowledge was presented by Dalton our tech. Super friendly person on the phones and Dalton was extremely nice and professional.

Plumbing. Alex Sacovich was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. Answered all my questions and checked every inch of plumbing in my house. He explained everything needed to me where I could understand being single and unknowing. He was AWESOME and I look forward to working with him at Lees Summit plumbing and heating.
