Both Brandon and Devante were friendly, professional and quick. There was very little disruption to the household while our new unit was being installed. They cleaned up after themselves and Rosey the Great Dane liked them so both a huge plus. I would recommend this company especially Devante and Brandon.

All of the reps - Travis, Jordan and Devante were excellent. Travis diagnosed the problem. He was honest in his opinion of what needed to be done. Jordan and Devante did the installation. They were timely, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. Both were very responsive to the questions we had and left us with the answers we needed.

Tanner is the man when it comes to anything plumbing. Not only did he get everything done perfectly he did it with a smile on his face. Very happy my favorite heating and cooling company now offer plumbing for all of my needs. I've recently had hvac techs at my home as well and was never disappointed with anything. These guys are kind, certeous and know what the heck they are doing. Big shout out to my hvac techs pat and Tyler and my plumbers Tanner and Luke. Hands down best call I've ever made. Do yourself a favor and call these guys with your issues.we all work hard for our money and these guys are worth every penny.

I finally replaced my two - 25 year old furnaces and water heater today. I highly recommend Joe. He is easy to communicate with, and will answer all your questions/ options. He's an honest person who will help you get back to comfort quickly.

My technician Dalton was very professional and helpful and made sure I had all of my questions answered. I also used them for a furnace and AC install a couple of months ago and they were very good on price, responsiveness and general customer service.

I have used Lees Summit Heating and Cooling now for several years starting with their Maintenance program. I was so impressed with their maintenance service as the years have continued, they now have replaced my complete A/C Furnace and recently my Water Heater. The products are competitive in pricing, choice of efficiency but the most impressive is the installation and the care to their finished job. I now recommend them to my clients and friends as well! The technician (Joe C.) was right on time for a furnace tuneup appointment. Not only did he check out and evaluate my system, I had pointed out I was having some trouble getting the filters in and out as the sheet metal had started to fatigue. He went above and beyond what he came to do, and spent quite a bit of time working on the issue. He ultimately was able to get it to where it's much easier to slide the filters in and out, which I appreciated. I have used the company for years, and plan to continue doing so!
