They also seemed to work well together and you could tell they cared about the customer as well and the job that they both did. Review #2 Once again our technician was great! This time we needed a plumber to put in a water heater. Luke was aware that we just had a furnace and a/c installed and we could not afford to spend much more for the water heater. He worked very hard to get me a price that I could live with. It is much appreciated Luke! And great job!

Dalton was professional, knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. My kitchen sink had a very persistent clog but Dalton took a step by step approach, keeping me informed at each step and was able to break through and move the clog on out. Reasonably priced also. I'm very happy with the company as well as the technician.

We received their flyer in the mail and just in time because our ac was making a noise. We set up an appointment and Joe came out. Was able to fix our unit, saving us thousands by not having to replace it. We signed up for their maintenance program so we have peace of mind knowing our units are being checked annually. We request Joe every time because he's nice and professional. It's nice having a familiar face come to our home instead of a different person each time. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a great and fair company.

Excellent service. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. 24 hour service. The free plumbing inspection was a great value and identified a potentially harmful problem with my regulator. Alex and Luke were both great.

Jordan Wells was a professional & knowledgeable technician. He performed our annual spring AC maintenance inspection.
Jordan took extra time to explain how the different AC components were working efficiently. He showed me pics of all the numbers and explained how the numbers were within the upper & lower ranges. I appreciated Jordan taking the time to educate me on the different numbers & their ranges.

I want to share a really great experience today when Dalton came out to check out our entire plumbing system in our house, as part of a new service for LS Heating & A/C. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and checked things I never thought about, such as the sump pump. Dalton discovered that my sump pump had burned out and was no longer working and the well was filling up, about to flood my finished basement. He did a great job working with us to bid a new one and then got it installed this morning. He was quick, professional, and even my dogs accepted him as someone to trust. That's saying a lot! Thanks Dalton! And thank you to LS Heating & A/C for always having my back all these years!
