Mike was the tech assigned to my work order for electrical and ceiling fans. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs electrical wiring or any electrical components repaired. Overall performance was outstanding and I am requesting him for all my future electrical home repairs. Bottom line up front, Mike is truly a professional.

We have had the same service man twice for 2 different issues. Our service man, George, was very friendly and took the time to explain in detail what his thoughts were and what his plan of action was. Tim was great! He showed up on time in the window that was given. He quickly assessed our problem and was able to come up with a solution! He got the big snake machine out and was able to clear out our access drain. No more pooling water on the basement floor!! We can run the dishwasher, do laundry, take a shower, and flush the toilet without worrying about making a mess in the basement! Eric was truly exceptional. He was courteous, professional and explained the aspects of the garage door repair and took the extra time to make sure it worked to my satisfaction once he was done. He made an additional adjustment to make it easier for me to operate and walked through the operation. He had the repair done quickly and it has worked great ever since. Thank you!

My home warranty company contracts with them. I had problems with both of my garage door openers. Eric was willing to work with me on service hours as I could not be available until after 4. When he arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job replacing both of my openers. I would recommend this company for their work.

Good Service is hard to come by these days so I'm excited to share when I receive EXCELLENT Service. We have a home warranty with Old Republic. I reported my plumbing problem with Old Republic and Home Performance Group was very responsive, contacting me for scheduling before I called them. My plumbing issue required approval from the warranty company. Our service man, George, did a great job explaining the process and what to expect. I was delighted to find Home Performance Group kept the same service man on the repeat visits. I had 3-visits -- the first was diagnosis, the second was performing the repair once the warranty company approved, and the final visit was installation of parts that had to be ordered. I never had to pick up the phone to question where we were at in the process. Home Performance Group uses all forms of communication e-mail, text, and telephone to contact you to keep you up to date every step of the way. George is a ray of sunshine -- polite, efficient, communicates well, cleans up after himself, and has a high caring level for people. I appreciate the "above average" service and recommend George in Service and Brandy in Scheduling -- what a fantastic team -- Thanks so much for your help!!!

I'd like to say how much I appreciate the services of both Shane and Nick. These two gentleman provided excellent customer service as service technicians who worked on a couple of my appliances. They were both very skilled, very professional, and very customer service oriented. They are both top notch Technicians that represent Home Performance Group, LLC very well. In the office Brandy was smashing, always responsive and following up even though we had to wait a long time for the manufacturer. George, the technician, was fantastic too because when he turned up our sump pump had failed and we were flooded. He offered advice and assistance and still installed our gas hot water heater. We are all very, very grateful!

Had to use our Home warranty repair and received this company. Mike P came out to inspect the issue and provided his diagnostic as well as the most likely solution. We communicated, and we was able to complete the job effectively. We ran into a couple snags with the pipes leaking every few minutes, but he was able to resolve the issue and explained every step of the process. I loved the fact he would make sure everything is perfect as it would be in his own home. He will go the extra distance to satisfy the clientele every time. I appreciate his hard work and glad to have a fully operational shower in our new home.
