Today I utilized Home Performance Group for a second opinion on some electrical work. Mike was the technician that came out. He was friendly and customer service oriented. You can tell he is very knowledgeable of his craft. He was very thorough with his inspection unlike the other worthless company that came out first. Mike explained the problems to me so that I could easily understand , which I greatly appreciated. I was very impressed with the overall appointment. If Mike is a representation of the company, I would definitely highly recommend!

Home Performance Group repaired an electrical outlet issue that prevented me from using my dishwasher and garbage disposal. The electrician, Mike, was prompt, friendly and professional. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem and completing the repair. They have a great system of texting to confirm the appointment time and reminding you when they are on their way. I will happily call them again.

My washing machine stopped working and I found this service using Thumbtack and it had really great ratings. The company was very responsive to my needs and quick to schedule me for service. Shane showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue with my washer. The service was inexpensive and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

Eric came out to assess our hot tub/spa, he was absolutely wonderful and the right man for the job!! Extremely knowledgeable having had prior experience in this field, he was able to answer all of my questions and then some!! He went above and beyond and by the end of the appointment, I had more knowledge about my spa. Friendly and upbeat service, despite the cold rainy weather- 10/10 would recommend!!!

I am in need of an outdoor new facet and the service tech Mike came to my house to get the paperwork done to be able to submit the repair to my insurance company. Mike was very on time, very friendly and explained everything in detail to what needed to be done and what all my options were going to be to complete the repair. He also told me of the other services offered by the Home Performance Group LLC company. I do not have the repair done yet, but I was very impressed by Mike and his professionalism. He also followed all the CDC Covid safety guidelines.

Jeremy came out and went above and beyond while fixing my shower drain, my shower drain had been leaking from my upstairs bathroom into the kitchen and he came out and replaced the seals and plumbers putty and even cleaned out all the pipes he had opened. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who needs any plumbing maintenance.

Would definitely recommend Home Performance Group to anyone! Our technician Mike was here promptly after receiving the text alert that he was on his way! He was polite and courteous, with great communication. He assessed my garbage disposal quickly and had it fixed in 20 minutes. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I called HPG LLC to schedule a time for their technician to come and examine my front-load washer due to extensive noise. The office staff was very helpful in setting up an appointment. When Shane, their technician came out, he was on time, professional and courteous. He
let me know what he found and they would pass the information on to my home warranty company. He provided a copy of the extensive results of his findings they would send to the warranty company.
This company will be on file for me to call if I ever have a need for their services. From my experience, I would recommend them to others.

Eric is a great tech! He quickly assessed the problem with my garage door opener and kept me informed in a professional and courteous manner. He advised on what to expect as far as the process involved since this is a home warranty repair.
