Home Performance Group LLC, came out to service my elderly Mom’s refrigerators ice maker, via her Sears home warranty. Darrick and Brandon were professional and courteous. They told us exactly what need to be done to fix the issue.

We had 2 ceiling fans replaced and our Technician Eric P picked out 2 really nice fans for us. He installed them very quickly, was very friendly, and they look beautiful. He was amazing. We also had a dryer cord installed by Mike and he was also amazing and installed it very quickly, very friendly, and did an awesome job. I was very impressed with both of these individuals and Brandy at the office is very easy to deal with and also very friendly. I would recommend this company, their employees, and their services to anyone. Thank you all for everything. I am very pleased and happy and you all couldn't have done a better job. Thank you

When the parts finally arrived from my home warranty company, Tim did a terrific job installing and ensuring my AC was back up and running! He even went through my home checking that all vents were working as they should. Very pleased with his sevice!

I would very much like to commend Brandy and Shelia’s outstanding professionalism. These two wonderful ladies were so kind and personable with me. My story is a long one but I will make it short. I had such a terrible experience with my home warranty company due to my water heater. They worked hand and hand with me with great patience and continued to keep me confident that things would work out which they did. The water heater was finally replaced on 2/4/22. It is employees like Shelia and Brandy who take the extra step for customers that helps a company maintain a good rating. I hope you value them as much as I do. I would like to also thank all the technicians who had a part in fixing the problem at my home. I look forward to working with Home Performance group in the near future. 😊

I highly recommend!! We are new home owners to Kearney and had an AC problem. I called them and they were out within a couple hours!! Evan and Chief were very professional, helpful and friendly. In and out in an hour! So thankful!

My home warranty company scheduled our garage door repair through Home Performance Group, and I was really impressed with their service. My appointments were scheduled within a day of the call, both for the initial visit and after parts were ordered (not an experience I've had with other companies our home warranty company has used). Al and Elijah were very friendly at the initial appointment and Eric was very helpful at the last appointment. Brandi in the office was very nice as well, answering questions and getting me an accurate quote and quickly scheduling my appointments. Overall, very impressed - will be calling back with future household repairs. Also, I love that the company is veteran-owned and operated.

I used Home Performance Group through my home warranty provider and the service was satisfactory. My technician, John, was professional and knowledgeable. He tackled not one, but TWO issues (water heater reset and garbage disposal repair) in my home in less than an hour. Before, he left he gave me all the information I would need in case I needed any follow up services. If all the technicians are like John, I highly recommend this company!

Thankfully my wife got the extended labor warranty on our water heater four years ago. We noticed some problems late last week and called Menards to make a claim on the warranty. Home Performance Group called me Monday morning (yesterday) to schedule today.
Eric just left and he was so helpful! Not only did he assess the issues and file the claim paperwork, but he also gave me information on other services we have been looking into. He was a wealth of information for every question I had. I am very pleased. Thank you all!

Great Service! Great People! Two Technicians George and Elijah came out and installed a brand new hot water heater in our house. They were polite, friendly, and had great attitudes. They were quick and even cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Nick installed the new AC unit and all new wiring. Chief installed the new thermostat. They are both very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any other issues that might arise.
