They replaced our water heater, it was the best all around service, we will use them again, and we will recommend them.

I had a plumbing issue from a previous company the home warranty company sent out.
Eric came out figured out what the problem was explained everything he was doing and fixed the problem within an hour. Eric was very professional and very nice, he even went to get the part needed to complete the job. I highly recommend performance to anyone who wants the job done right professionally.
If I ever have another plumbing issue I will ask the home warranty company I want Eric at performance to come back. Eric is awesome!

The company was very professional. I needed some electrical work completed. They texted me when the technician was on the call before me so I knew when to head home. They texted when he was on the way. Jeremy was great. Asked the questions that he needed to get all the information necessary to complete the job. Had the parts on hand so was able to complete the work in a timely manner. Would recommend.

My new refrigerator kept blowing my electrical outlet. Shane and Evan came out and would not give up until they found the problem. Both were very knowledgeable and professional and explained in detail what the problem was. If I ever have a problem again I will ask for them by name. Outstanding customer service from these two gentlemen!

You did a warranty replacement. All new ac and heat. One year and two months later had to pay 400$ because it wouldn't turn on in the middle of winter.

Was assigned to use this company from my home warranty. The business office was not the most reliable with scheduling, there were several instances where I had to call them to make sure that they got me on the schedule and did not forget about me. That said, once speaking with them, their business office folks were very pleasant and happy to assist.

I met multiple techs through their several visits, all of them were extremely respectful (of me and my furnishings) and willing to answer all my questions, not to mention knocking out some solid work from what I can tell. I was very happy with my interactions with them, in my home. It did take several trips in order to knock out the project, but some of that blame certainly goes on the home warranty process, as well.

Overall, a positive experience and I would not discourage anyone from using this company!

Please check ✔️ them out, if are tried having the crack coming to your home to charge high prices a long with have to look plumbers cracks.

Jeremy came today and was AMAZING. Less than a week into our new home and our shower was leaking to our living room light fixture. He put on booties to walk around which I appreciated more than words can express. There were kids and a puppy running around, he was quick, cleaned up after himself and extremely courteous and patient when explaining the issues, what was repaired and pricing as well as follow-up needed. Hope they send him next time because now he’s been inducted into our family. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Jeremy!
