Keegan was the technician that diagnosed my issue with my washer that would no longer spin and came back a week later with the part and got it installed. He was professional, polite and very thorough in his analysis and with fixing my washing machine. I would highly recommend this company and especially Keegan.

Our dryer malfunctioned. We were lucky to find home performance group through Thumbtack. This company came with great reviews and we were not disappointed when we hire them to repair our broken dryer. We were able to book an appointment for the next day. The Technician by the name of Nick showed up on time and got the problem fixed. He was friendly, professional and told us about other services the company has available. We are so impressed with Nick not only about his expertise but also about wearing shoe cover around the house when fixing the dryer. We strongly recommend home performance group for anyone who cherishes customer satisfaction. Thank you Nick.

The technician, Shane, was extremely professional and thorough. He installed a warranty product which involved propane and it took longer than expected. There was an issue with part of the product and he contacted the manufacture. I had an answer and a resolution the following morning. I highly recommend this company and ask for Shane if you can. UPDATE: When the part came in, Shane, and his partner Amos, returned and installed it. They made sure my propane appliance was working properly before they left. When the office called to make the appointment, they offered me a convenient date and time. I like how I received a text message notice advising me the technicians were on their way.

Our garage door tension spring broke and, since we got a home warranty when we bought the house, we made a claim. They called Home Performance Group. Garages don't appear to be their specialty but I guess they're willing to do stuff for the contract. Their tech who did the estimate was professional, no problem there. They took a little while to get back to us on the repair because the warranty company rejected the claim and never bothered to tell the business they hired to work it. All that said, the cost was on us and the estimate was ridiculous. $2200 to replace the spring. I have no problem with a business saying "We just don't want to do this, it's not our thing" or "We can't fit you in anytime soon." Don't try to tell me that it's a special order part when I saw them at Home Depot last week. It's either that or they hoped they had someone really gullible. Long story short, we have a handyman we trust who's just on vacation who's going to do it for a lot less.

Have to do an edit. They called and complained about my review. Offered to send someone else out in case it was the wrong kind of spring. Something about costs due to Covid. I don't know. They obviously don't like negative reviews. If the handyman comes out and says different I'll update but you all should know what happened.

I had a severe plumbing issue that another company stated was a collapsed pipe and gave a quote of $4500. Josh came by within a couple of hours, had a look and stated it wasn't a collapsed pipe. Josh and Keegan brought in a water jet drain cleaner and refused to give up. They cleared a significant stoppage and I'm back in business at a fraction of the original quote and didn't have to cut up my basement floor. I can't recommend this company more highly. Thank You!

We were facing an electrical issue that was particularly troublesome to track down. Jeremy and Keegan were able to find a fix the issue after an exhaustive search for possible causes. I'll have no hesitation when reaching out to HPG in the future as they have proven themselves knowledgeable and thorough.

I found the company through my home warranty company. Everyone involved was extremely professional, nice, and kind. They fixed my Master bathroom shower drain. Did a fantastic job! Thanks to all who got the job done!

Tim was fantastic. Our dishwasher quit working. He was able to figure out it was an electrical issue involved. He immediately replaced it with more secure and safe hardware. I appreciated the time he took to explain to me everything he was seeing and doing.

This review is for George...Im a Professional over the road driver and being home on a certain day at a certain time is difficult. My house is a fixer upper that I just bought... so the wiring and plumbing repairs needed to put in a new hot heater was extensive....he did an excellent job, very friendly, speedy, and cut costs where he could. Very happy with him!
