I had them out for service at a rental unit. They said they could not get inside the property after a couple minutes (I confirmed later that the tenant was there and the house was quiet for their baby). I called them back and they said they said they said they had to send the technician to the next job despite it being less than 5 minutes after they called me the first time. Poor customer service, do not recommend.

My home warranty company contacted Home Performance Group to fix our AC which was freezing up and not cooling the house properly this summer. Darrick was quick to respond, very professional, knowledgeable & answered all our questions. My wife liked that he left everything clean & in order. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The crew from HPG (Josh, Randy and Jason) did a fantastic job reconstructing our septic lagoon. From start to finish they were great to work with and kept us informed of what was going on with our project. They made having our lagoon redone a good experience. Darrick came to fix our air condition. We use home warrenty services. Darrick found a wiring screw up. A guided wire was forced.

One of my bedrooms did not have electricity. Keegan was able to find the problem and fix it. He then proceeded to be sure all of the connections on the same circuit were tight.
