Jorge was great to work with! Our AC went out on us a few days ago. He was very responsive and fit us into his busy schedule to make sure our family wasn't cooking for long. His prices were very fair, and we definitely plan on recommending him to
friends and family in the future!

I had a great experience with RBMK. My furnace went out on the weekend and Jorge was able to come out the same day to get it running again. He responded quickly and was very professional but also easy to talk to. I felt comfortable talking to him about the issues I was having with my furnace. In the future RBMK will be my first and only call. I highly recommend using them.

Outstanding customer service at a fair price. Jorge is the man, he's honest, show's up when he promises, and won't try to sell you on more than what you need to fix your problem, like so many other companies do. They've done mundane work for me, like seasonal tune-ups of my AC units, to a major upgrade of one of my AC units. I've dealt with a few other AC & Heating companies here in KC, but RBMK shines above them all.

EXCELLENT customer service! Jorge goes above and beyond and really cares about the people that he is working with. He took the time to explain what what going on with my AC unit, gave me tips on ways to conserve energy for my home, was honest about what I did and did not need, and explained different things to try if I had any other issues. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would absolutely recommend!

I first had Jorge out for a thermostat problem. Then had them come back 2 weeks later to install a new heater and AC unit. I am very pleased with the service and their prices. He even worked around my schedule, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend!
