Jeremy from Home Performance Group came out and quickly and efficiently fixed our leaky toilet in our guest bathroom. He was on time, courteous, respectful, time efficient, and thorough. Tim was the technician that came to our home today. My child was very interested in what he was doing. Tim was patient and engaging with them and never made them feel like a nuisance. He was professional and personable during our entire interaction. He did a great job at explaining to me what is causing the issues and what the next steps would be.
