Better Service Inc - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Repair Services

Our home warranty company assigned Better Service to come out and fix our furnace; it was blowing room-temperature air. We called them at 8:15pm that night, and they were out to our home by 10am the next morning (even though the estimated time was 11am-1pm). Andy was our serviceman and he was able to quickly diagnose that there was an issue with our circuit board. Not only that, but he made several calls to find a new circuit board, and then drove all the way out to Lenexa (45 mins away from our house) to get it, and then came all the way back to our house again to install it same day!
The heat has been running perfectly ever since! We were very impressed with this company!
The only downside is their website and Google says their hours are 24/7, but I tried texting and calling the numbers the night we found out our furnace had an issue and did not hear back til the next day. If they have actual business hours, those need to be listed. We have a young child and really needed the heat back on the first night we called! Other than that, very very pleased with our experience!

My sewer was clogged and Dan came over and used the Rooter Rotor and had the job done in about 30 minutes. He also helped there be as little of a mess as possible.

Better Service was thorough, patient, and instilled confidence from the start of the project and they were accessible if I had questions. I was satisfied that the job had been done properly. All were done smoothly for the price they estimated without any drawbacks.

We have enjoyed the service by this company . From management to sales to service, our needs are handled with thoughtful consideration and attention. Their crew are the best. Highly recommended.

Better Service crew was very polite, and efficient. Actually any work that this company did for me was very satisfactory. I can certainly recommend; I sent them to install a furnace for my ex-wife .They did a great job as usual.

Better Service as always was great and true to their word, the new furnace with newer technology fan has greatly improved the comfort of the cooling which is great. The fellows who did the install were great to have around and after they left, was hard to tell they were even here.

The quote was reasonable and the service was excellent. The crew not only gave great advice; The owner actually came with the hvac installation crew to ensure everything went fine. The crew considered various alternatives in installation, did an excellent job and not a piece of scrap was left behind.

Patient, respectful of my home, polite, and worked tirelessly on a difficult install. Overall, was very pleased from beginning to end with the service and attention I received. It's rare to find that. Definitely will call again and have already recommended to my friends.

We we noticed an issue with a small amount of water near a basement drain. Of course I called Better Service. Dexter was on a job so they sent another plumber. Dan was equalky proficient as Dexter. Explaining the pipe issues and snaking the drain on a Friday night! I have to say he didn’t look like a plumber! He looked like a rock star! Dan was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He told his wife Kobee coached him on how he was dressed. Spot on! My husband always asks how we got so lucky to find this company! They deliver great customer service. They all do! Thank you!!

It's July 3rd and my septic backed up into my basement last night. I was afraid I wouldn't get someone good to snake my line today due to the 4th of July holiday. I am SO happy I called Better Service and thrilled Dexter was the one they sent. He not only fixed the problem, he thoroughly cleaned up and was so sweet, easy to work with and professional. He told us we needed a part and that we could get it at one of the big box stores. When he was finishing up, he showed me that he replaced the part- saving me a trip and the time to try and find it! Amazing customer service. I saved his name and Better Service number in my phone and will not hesitate- nor should you- to use them again.
