Better Service Inc - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Repair Services

It's ironic that this company chose "Better Service" as their name. We used this company for multiple installs. They left so many things unfinished and continuously ignored my requests to come check a brand new unit they installed that never worked. It was over 2 months of trying to get someone out here to fix the unit that they installed before I had to bite the bullet and hire another company to fix something that they messed up. What kind of company runs thermostat wires to the unit and then shoves them in the box without hooking them up? I do not recommend...

I wouldn’t be able to go to sleep tonight without making this review about the service I received today from Dan at Better Service INC. It’s currently 11:15 pm on March 6, 2023.

As a home owner, we all have that small little fear of the day when sewage water back flows into your basement, bathtub and out of your toilet. Ugh, that was me this past weekend! After waiting a few days for my homeowners warranty to assign me a plumber. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Better Services Inc was handling my nightmare of a plumbing problem. I had called them first thing in the morning. Mainly because, they had me scheduled to wait another day for services. I was informed that they were booked solid but would see what they could do to get me faster service. I can honestly say, I waited with fingers crossed hoping I would be able to take a decent shower by the end of the day. And sure enough, my phone was ringing a few hours later. Dan was an hour away and hand been working on a current job, he assured me with such a professional and confident tone that he would be able to solve my plumbing issue.

When he arrived, I was surprised to see a smiling, business button down shirt, with jeans and boots on a PLUMBER who had been working all day. Dan came in, introduced himself and went right to work. He analyzed where and how the pipes were running through my walls to determine where the clog could be causing the back flow. Once determined with constant communication and clarity. He went right to work. He worked very thoroughly. He was completely friendly and made sure to communicate and double check the plumbing lines in my four story three full bathroom house. Within the hour……water was flowing, toilets were flushing and no BACK FLOW was flowing back into the tub or toilet. He also cleaned what ever it was he accidentally dirty.

Long story short……..I am a happy home owner again with no fear of an un-welcomed sewage problem re-entering my home.

Thank you Dan for keeping your word and for being so proficient. Thank you Better Service Incorporation for being understanding and for being prompt with my situation.

Dan was able to fix our plumbing issue for our shower after a heck of a time with two other local companies who couldn’t get the job done. He was a pleasure to work with and walked me through the options we could make. He was on time (to the minute), extremely professional, and had a ton of knowledge with our unique situation. I will recommend to friends and family and if there are issues elsewhere in the house, we will request him for the service.

We have had 2 experiences so far and both for smaller repairs. Both times were handled professionally and appreciate having a we are on the way text. Today Tre was quick, friendly and professional. We have had reasonable prices with great service each time.

Better Service Inc. was great from the start. Everyone was polite and professional. Technician Joey Crowe continued that professionalism the office started. Arrived on time and was ready to roll replacing my antique water heater. Standup guy and had no issue answering my questions.

Dexter, the technician, was great! He was very friendly and got the job done! We were quoted thousands of dollars for a more complicated solution to fix our washer drain from another company. Dexter fixed the drain in under an hour basically for free!

Dan did a great job and was very professional! They were quick to get me scheduled and we're able to work around my work schedule. Definitely recommend!

Joey came out at exactly the time he said he would. Very professional and helpful. He was able to figure out what the problem was relatively quickly, fixed it and let us know if we had any issues to contact him.

Sean and Dan did a great job! They were on time and communicated when they would arrive, with short time frames so I wasn't waiting around the house all day. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you for getting our hot water back!!

Just want to give a big shut out to Dexter who came to my house and identified the leak of the bathroom. We've had other companies that came but could not fix the problem. Dexter was able to identify it. He is super friendly, patient and knowledgeable! Definitely highly recommended to anyone that needs your plumbing issue resolved!!! Thanks Dexter!
