Better Service Inc - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Repair Services

My experience overall with Better Service has been amazing! Carrie, John and Christopher made me feel valued and went above and beyond to get our furnace in running condition so we wouldn’t be reliant on space heaters and extra layers of clothes!!! The house is comfortable and we no longer have frozen noses! Very kind people and good customer service!

Blake did a great job fixing my A/C. They provided updates as to when he would arrive and he arrived on time. He also fixed it quickly even after finding an additional issue that was beyond the original reason for servicing. I would highly recommend Better Service!

Great company. Been going to them for years. Always honest, transparent and reasonable prices. They came out on Superbowl Sunday within a couple of hours of my phone call and fixed our furnace. The tech was super nice and wouldn't even accept a tip. I wouldn't call anyone else.

We were referred to Better Service Plumbing by Home Warranty of America (HWA). Dexter and his co-worker responded to the service call and were very friendly and professional. We highly recommend their company and getting a warranty for your home. HWA and their referral companies have done very well by us (so far) and we're very pleased with all the work that's been done. Dexter was truly amazing! He was so polite and kind. Though it took longer than expected (I didnt mind at all as it was no fault of his,) he reassured me of everything and did such a fantastic replacing our toilet. He made sure everything was clean, neat, and even went above and beyond to meet our satisfaction. I can't reccomend these guys enough!

Blake came out late after a previous tech failed to properly install our hot water heater and left us all day without water. Blake was polite and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them again!
