Better Service Inc - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Repair Services

The first service tech was great. Courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service tech that actually installed the water heater was arrogant, left a pipe disconnected when he turned the water back on causing water to spray on the closet walls and wood floor. He did not wipe up the water on the floor or the walls. He left the cover off the water meter in the yard. The owner of the company contacted me since the posting of this review. They apologized for the above issues and assured me the matters would be discussed with the second tech that did the install. They were genuinely caring about the service I received. I would use this company again because they do care about the work their employees do! I am very satisfied with the company and how they resolved the problems.

I had some issues with my toilets called them to set up a appointment very professional as well Sean was very professional and work fast but did a fantastic job in and out and I will be happy to recommend better service to anyone who has any plumbing issues

Are pipes where backed up. Dan came out to scope it. He found they where filled with roots. Dan was so helpful and quick. He explained the problem to us. Very nice guy and very helpful.

Main drain was clogged and the seal broke, causing nasty water gather on my basement floor. I called Better Service at 8am on a Sunday. They sent Dexter, who is the nicest guy ever. Also, very knowledgeable. He gave great advice while fixing the drain. It was all done by 10:30am. Thank you Dexter and Better Service!

Ask for Sean! Good dude, super friendly, super patient, got a fair price when other companies out there were absurd. Thanks to Sean for killin it for us and being efficient. I’ll do biz again here.

Dan was great and showed up after hours to replace a sump pump. Service was quick and professional and friendly. Would absolutely use again!
