We had then out on Friday December 17th. There tech was standoffish and kind rude to my wife. But it was the end of the day on Friday he may of had a bad day. I don't know. But anyways after what seemed like 2 hours he said he repaired it and left. The next day our house was cold and heat would not kick on. This is were the 5 stars come in. I called the company and informed them it wasn't working but I could not afford to pay another service fee and labor charge. They sent a older guy out my wife said was super nice. He was on our house for what seemed like 5 minutes and left. Found the problem repaired it and was on his way. The company did not charge us for this. They made it right and we're very polite about it.

My a/c went out at my house during the heat of the day. I called All American and the said they could get to me the next day which worked good for me. What was most impressive is that they called later that same day with an opening. They stopped by and got it fixed (on the same day that I called) Very proffesional and prompt. Will be using the in the future. Thanks All American!!!

This company is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The owner Frank is top notch. He helped our current situation in our house tremendously. Before our new furnace and air conditioner are duct work was too small and did not blow enough air through the home. He was able to help substantially and the difference is night and day. He has a customer for life.

Gary with All American has come out several times to fix issues with our AC and heating. He’s always honest, on time, and courteous. He’s fixed every issue the same day and for an extremely affordable price. There’s no one else I’d want coming to help and I highly recommend contacting All American for any of your heating/cooling needs!

Excellent service. I received a bid for a new AC and furnace and it was installed that same week. Extremely competitive prices. The installation crew arrived on time and left no mess behind. They followed up as promised and came by to check the AC since it was installed on a cool day. Frank and his crew definitely exceeded my expectations!!

All American was recommended to us by our neighbor and they did not disappoint! Gary was so great to work with! He was very knowledgeable & very nice. The service, quality of work and timeliness was excellent. Will definitely be using in the future!

We had a wonderful experience with Chris from All American this afternoon. We were in a tough spot getting our house to cool on a very hot day, not only did Chris and the team work to prioritize us, they were wonderful to work with and I recommend them to anyone. Ends up that a simple electrical component failed and after ~20 minutes we were back in working order.

I have used All American since the early 90's. Hands down they are the best! I recommend them to everyone I know. Tech's are great to deal with and Frank the owner takes care of his customer's. When our furnace went out he himself came on a Saturday to make sure it would keep running until a new one could be installed the next week. No one will be disappointed using this company.

Chris came out to fix our kid's home air conditioning as they were at work. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had the unit fixed and on his way in a about 45 minutes. He also had some suggestions for future use. Thanks Chris! We really appreciate the service!!
