Gary and Jeff came out to our home that we've lived in for 1.5 years and addressed a problem with our system that we thought was a huge problem regarding the house not heating and cooling properly. They went through our system and discovered dampers that were shut down and opened them, discovered 2 seperate valves on the unit that went bad due to the unit not cycling properly, and repaired all of it and even cleaned the furnace and the outside unit radiator for us. All of which was done in a couple of hours! We were super pleased with how professional and personable Gary and Jeff both were, and also with the quality of their work! Because of these two men being excellent in taking care of us, All American now has a new loyal customer here!

This is the best HVAC company you'll ever find in my opinion. Prompt service, high quality work. The owner's name is Frank and he is a person who really take care of his customers. I don't do reviews very often but this company is deserving.

All American Heating and Cooling has been taking care of our furnace and central air units for 8 years and services have ranged from preseason check-up to installing new furnace. The old furnace died during a winter storm and the weather delayed the delivery of the new unit for several days. All American gathered up electric heaters and brought them to our house so we could be comfortable and safe while waiting. All the visits have been on-time, professional and friendly. (They also leave everything clean!) They have always given good advice and never any pressure to buy expensive units or service. I strongly recommend this company.

All American has serviced my home, office and rental properties for 30 plus years. Personable, skilled and prompt. The owner, Frank, is always available to come to the site if needed. In social situations, if someone mentions an HVAC need, his name and company is usually recommended by more than one person.

We have used All American twice and both times the technician was courteous and professional. The last time was for our AC when it was 101 degrees. When we called they said there were 4 service calls ahead of us due to the extreme heat wave, but assured me he would do is best to respond that evening or the following day. Since it was later in the day I expected it would be the following morning. I was surprised when he called and then arrived at 915pm. He replaced the part and within minutes the AC was working. Needless to say our family was extremely pleased since the house had reached 91 degrees. That's what I call above and beyond service. I forgot to mention this was a Saturday and we weren't even charged an after hours fee. Great job All American! If I ever need service in the future I know who to rely on.

Frank told us in no uncertain terms that he wasn't hurting for business and didn't want to deal with us. Making us feel like he judged us lacking in money. There was no bid and no help. Just an attitude that he didn't need our business. Well, no problem, he won't get it. We would have done what it took to get this house up to code and fixed, but, Frank didn't have the time for us. Obviously, our business will go elsewhere. Glad you are busy Frank and thanks for wasting our time!
