We have had the best experience with Mitch Wright plumbing. Chase was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made selling our home such a breeze by helping us fix things that were found in the inspection report. I cannot say enough about this company, they have been wonderful! And paying for the membership has been worth every penny!

Met person at Home Depot she was able to get someone in my house in three days for a Tune Up. Michael S came out and was very professional and knowledgeable he made a couple of needed repairs and walked me through some options on my 15 year old HVAC system. He represented your company at a very high standard. Please send him when you can on any future visits..

Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating, & Air provides great quality work for a reasonable price and their HVAC Technician, Dakota R., was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to explain short-term and long-term repairs and weighing the costs of those repairs to prevent from paying for the same repairs over and over again. He did a terrific job on our heating repairs and I can't even tell that he was in my house as he cleaned after he left. I can't sing his praises enough. This company has charged us a lot of $$$ for a leaking AC unit over the last year. MW installed the expensive system and can not maintain it or repair it. Multiple technicians have been unable to resolve the issue. I would encourage any HVAC client to seek out another company for their HVAC needs

They stood us up on our first appointment. Said they would "put us on the schedule" for the next day. They came out and said it was too wet to do anything and that they didn't have any camera or equipment to check the pipes. Said they would have to schedule another visit. But they did take $90 for coming out! They never called to schedule a follow up. Don't waste your time or money.

We used Mitch Wright as part of our Costco Lennox system install. We were delighted by all of the staff. They were super quick to get out to give us an estimate (Jeremy the sales person is GREAT!) Tina and Courtney made sure we were informed on everything concerning the financing and the appointments for install. The crew that came out (at one time we had like 9 people in our house) were all very professional and kind. After the install one of the vents that were newly installed was not working but once we called them they had someone out the same day. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have any heating and air work done. I look forward to working with them in the future.

The technicians were on time, very skilled and professional with great attention to every detail while installing my water heater. They went above and beyond to make sure there wouldn't be any issues after they left. They checked everything. They were very friendly and respectful. The office staff who handle the paperwork and keeping me informed were awesome on time with everything. I couldn't have asked for any better service. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their help.

Ronnie B. was awesome. After installing water heater he noticed a small leak that could have been missed. He corrected the issue and even though it was time for him to be off he took the time to show me how to shut the water off to my house should I ever need to! Thank you Ronnie B and Mitch Wright for having top notch employees!

This company does not know what they are doing. They had plumbers that smelt like weed install our new AC parts and the AC hasn't worked since they installed it. They are literally ignoring our calls and emails now, 3 months later. They sent 3 people to look at it and all say its working fine. They said there is nothing further they can do to fix their non working AC that clearly has a problem because it doesn't get our 250 sq ft room even cool. It'll be 88 degrees in the space and they don't think anything is wrong with the AC they installed. 88 degrees is not air conditioned! I had a different licensed hvac specialist come diagnose the problem. When I told Mitch Wright what the issue was (the coils and compresser they installed are not compatible in sizes) the manager tried sending me "proof" that they are compatible. In his "proof" he sent the wrong model number 2 times in an attempt to confuse me and discredit the person that diagnosed the true issue. After calling both manufacturing company's (for the coil and compresser) they both confirmed the parts are not certified under ahri and the warranties for the products will be void as a result. Mitch Wright refuses to acknowledge their mistakes and take responsibility for installing a unit that does not work. Do not use this company for anything!

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful in quoting a new central air system on our older home. Tina was great in keeping all our communication in a timely manner as well as answering our questions. Very Personal and professional service.
