They charged me 640 dollars to unscrew an outside faucet and then replace it. Job took 20 minutes. Parts costs less than 50. They claimed I was paying for "expertise". Funny since I've done it twice with no plumbing experience. If I would have been home I would have done it myself. Possibly taking advantage of someone that doesn't know better. Unless this is their going rate of 1200 dollars an hour. They claimed to fix the problem by putting a more expensive frost proof faucet. Problem is, the 3/4 x 12 pipe busted not the faucet it self. It will just freeze again next year and likely bust. Its an ongoing problem at my house as that corner doesn't get much heat during the winter. I feel ripped off. They did call back but would not consider lowering the price. The technician was professional. My main issue is just with the price for 20 minutes of work.

I don't leave reviews often, but I'm so glad I called Mitch Wright, and wanted to leave a positive review. We recently moved and new house flooded from a clogged pipe. After checking that the septic was fine (ABC Septic was amazing by the way!), I then tried 4 plumbing companies and no one would or could help. When I called Mitch Wright in Southaven, they immediately scheduled for a technician to come later that same day. Chase was wonderful! He was nice, he explained everything and gave me advice, was knowledgeable, and tried methods first that saved me money. He knew quickly where the issue probably was, and they also gave me a warranty. I'm very grateful for their help, and will use them in the future.

They are a wonderful company. I have had to have them out 2 different times and both times they have fixed my issue quickly and professionally. The most recent encounter I had was with a tech named Curtis. He was absolutely fantastic and definitely an asset to this company. For doing such a thankless job I hope he knows how much I personally appreciate him and his over all genuine attitude.

Mitch Wright came to my home to repair 2 outside faucets. The plumber Dalton was very friendly and repaired the faucets quickly and for a fair price. I will use them again and would recommend them to everyone who needs plumbing repairs.

They charged me over $12,000 for a new HVAC system. Here I am 5 years later and it's leaking refrigerant. Wanted 1.3k to find the leak, and $310 per lb of refrigerant. You have to be absolutely out of your mind to use this company. Even a few of their own techs that have helped me, have had enough of a conscience to warn me about this company. I grew up going to Mitch Wright's home to watch fireworks and play on the paddle boat. I PLAY jV football with his son Mickey...I went to his church Trinity Baptist, where he was the sound tech, his wife loved sheep competitions. My grandmother loved him but I believe she had to sheeps wool pulled over her eyes. Stay far away from this company. They will leave you high and dry PERIOD

Hello Mr. Larry Worthy. Yes sir. I am very pleased with the technician from yesterday. He was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. My heater started working again when he arrived to work on it. But that’s usually what happens. He told me to film video of the problem when it occurs, and contact the company when it happens again. Thank you for the follow-up. I give it 5 Stars for satisfaction.

Chase sold us a bathroom renovation. His friendly personality and great customer service are what convinced us to go with Mitch Wright Plumbing. The job was well done, and Chase was always promptly responsive when I contacted him. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

Dakota did a great job servicing our heater! Very professional and friendly, all while having the best pricing of anywhere I called. We will definitely be using Mitch Wright in the future when it is time to replace or repair our systems!

Michael S. did a fantastic job. He called to let me know that he was leaving one job sight and was headed our way. He came in with all of his supplies and ready to work. Even though Mitch Wright-Southaven had a busy day today, I never felt rushed. Michael was efficient, timely and got the job done. He explained to me what was broken and then described to me how he fixed the problem. He was personable and easy to approach when questions were needed to be asked. I would recommend Mitch Wright and Michael S again to whomever needs heating maintenance/repair.

From start to finish, having our AC die was about as good as one could imagine. We were given several options and helpful hints related to each possible choice. Pierce spent a great amount of time assessing everything and how we might make the best choice. He never once seemed pushy. He, like Mitch, when we first met him, seemed like family. He guided us through the process from deciding our best affordable choice, to financing. He followed us all the way through the installation process and followed up when all was complete to make sure a perfect job had been done. Pierce was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, very professional and the kind of person you can trust. He is everything embodied that the Mitch Wright Company stands for. We could not be happier or cooler! Mitch Wright Heating Plumbing and Air Conditioning put or original system in about 15 years ago when we built our home. We were pleased then and over the years they have helped us in every way to maintain it in good working order. Some may say the cost is high, but the quality workmanship and products are a good value for the cost and they are as trustworthy as any company could be. Thank you Pierce and Mitch and all your technicians over the years. You do a superlative job!
