Always prompt and professional with their appointments and service. They replaced our old system with a brand new Lennox system. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

If you need someone to work on Heating/AC, call Climate Masters. This company is not gonna bust a grape to get your systems working. The first time they came out for the heating, they left the unit in pieces, which told me they'd be back. But they said it had been fixed. They are trying to empty bank accounts, not do professional service.service

I wish I could give no star. This company has been given me the run around for over a month now. They were contracted with through American Home Shield who equally sucks. Please do not use either. Every time I call Climate King I get a different lie regarding paperwork American Home Shield needs from them... Ahh, the techician has completed it yet, ahh, Im going to remind him to submit it now, ahh we submitted it electronically and will resubmit it, ahh it's American Home Shield's fault, ahh I am one of the owners and I'm going to check on it right now and call you back😤😫😡 As of 06/30/18, no call from the owner. I'm sitting in a 92 degrees home as I type this.

I had a luncheon for 20 people on a very warm day. They were punctual, worked quickly, found the problem, (a wire chewed by an animal, surely not my precious dogs), and were done. My luncheon was saved.

Timely response to call...technician arrived within time frame stated. Problem identified quickly and repair done in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous.
