Climate King LLC

I had to have two appointments with Climate King, and the issue was still not resolved. When I asked for a technician to call me back to discuss the matter further, I receive a completed work order email from my home warranty company instead.
I had to make an appt. with another company.
The initial technician was nice and helpful but my AC is still leaking.

Our AC has had issues for years. And AHS kept denying our request for a new unit ... until the technician from Climate King came out to check why we had no air. Within minutes he was on the phone getting a new unit ordered.
They have been professional and personable and so easy to work with. I am waiting for installation but have no doubt we will have no issues.

The technician was great! Initially, I had some issues with customer service. The first young lady I spoke with needed some customer service training. The second lady that I spoke to was very polite and sounded more mature. So, I would have rated them 5 stars if my initial introduction was with the more experienced customer service person. The technician was so pleasant and answered all of my questions, so I could understand. Like I said, he was great!

The worker did an excellently job.

The service technicians were very professional, courteous. They followed my request in terms of giving me a 30 minute notice and they were definitely on time. So far, I feel that my air conditioning needs were satisfied. Bravo to Climate King! Thanks

Climate King is terrific. They provide prompt, courteous, professional service. They came and repaired our air when I had a sick child even though they were already booked up. They came even though we were under a tornado warning! Highly recommended!!

Had an appointment; tech never showed or called.They called me a liar saying their tech has a pic of call log. What about my call log showing they never called? If they called as they say they did, why didn't they leave a voicemail?

My appointment time were between the hours of 8-12. Called the company to request they arrive by 10 because I had a previously scheduled appointment. They arrived a little before 9. Yay! I really appreciated them coming early. They were able to fix my a/c.

I use Climate King to take care of all my air conditioning needs. All my interactions with them over the phone and at my home has been pleasant and cordial. They do excellent work and I would highly recommend them for any air conditioning problems or maintenance.

My heater was not working properly and since I have two young kids at home I wanted it fixed before they got home from school, after calling multiple places with no answer or getting the "a technician will call you back to set up a time" with no one calling me back in a reasonable time frame I finally came across Climate King. Everyone was very nice and fast from the first initial phone call. My technician, Bryan, was very nice and fixed my heater super fast. He also explained things very well to me. Will be using them again if needed.
