Everything was good with them except they charge 2.5 %if you use your credit card and I own a retail store and Visa Mastercard and American Express will not allow us to do that. We had a miserable experience with American home shield as they dragged out the repair on this Air conditioning system for 3 weeks. I will never get a policy with them again!

Two Climate King technicians came over to look at my AC; they suggested that the main issue could be that the unit needed to be cleaned. After they cleaned it, it started working fine and has been working fine for about 20 hours. They also taught me how to clean it.

The previous day I had a technician from a different company come in to clean the unit and look at the system; it turns out that he did not clean it and his assessment was that the compressor was not working. The budget for the repair was $5640. The Climate King technicians came as part of the home warranty and their visit only cost me $75. (The home warranty was $600.)

Their technician, Brandon, is second to none...professional, conscientious, and courteous! Unfortunately their front office appears to be the least bit concerned with customer relations...never provided a single courtesy call after we waited the entire day and they never got to our house.

Had the evaporator coil replaced as the old one was leaking. The new one seems to be badly undersized as it can't keep up with our cooling needs right now. Temperature went up 2 degrees AFTER the coil was replaced. I'm told to wait 24 hours before calling them out again, but why? Whenever the system has had to be recharged, the effect is immediate. Pretty sad for shelling a grand.

The Climate King Techs were very professional, courteous, and timely. They checked my inside and outside units. I was getting ready for work and they were so patient with me. I’ve found myself a lifelong heating and cooling company, and told my friends to use Climate King!

I strongly would recommend the prompt, professional and reliable air conditioning services of Climate King, who replaced a defective compressor unit in our central air unit. Service tech Justen Wilson did an amazing job of determining the problem, executing its solution and communicating his actions throughout the process. I highly recommend Climate King and especially Justen Wilson!

Climate King installed a brand new unit at my home this summer. We have never used the heater until this week. The heater is not blowing heat. So I called climate king because the unit is only a few months old. I was told I had to call American Home Shied to report it and pay another service fee. I asked why since this was s new unit they installed. I was told if it was not through American Home Shield, I wouldn’t have to pay the fee but since it’s through my home warrant I had to. So they sent a technician out on Tuesday who stated the condenser was defective and wound have to order a new one. Again, this is a new unit. I have requested to speak with a manager and no one has called. I have been calling since Monday. It is cold and we have no heat and no response. Please DO NOT use Climate King. They do not stand behind their work, nor are they responsive to their customers.

They came to one of my rental homes 4 times in a week. I put a service call because the heater did not work. Two of the days they had to come back because they did not have the right parts. One of the days was miscommunication. Now the A/C and the heater is not working. Now they do not want to come out and less I paid for a another service call for the AC. The AC was working before they came out. They change the thermostat that controls the AC and heater.

Outstanding service! The men came to my house about 9 am and diagnosed the problem with my heating unit, which required a part they didn't have on their truck and required approval by AHS. By noon they were back with the part and repaired the unit. We were very pleased. Thanks.
